Fettuccine Beef Ragu





Ingredients

500g Scotch fillet
1 Carrot
half cup of Frozen Peas
1 chopped Onions
3 chopped Garlic cloves
1/2 cup of Red Wine
1 cup of Beef stock
salt & pepper
1 Chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup of Tomato paste or Pasta sauce
Dried Rosemary
Dried Basil
