炒白粿 White Rice Cake





This is my first attempt @ white rice cake and it taste good, commented by Mr. Boss and Uncle Alex.


Ingredients

White rice cake (soaked in water for 2-3 days)
Chicken /Pork fillet
Minced Garlic
Minced Shallots
Bak Choy
Shredded Carrot
Shredded Spring onion

Seasoning
Light Soya sauce
Dark Soya Sauce
Rice wine / Shao Xing Wine
Chicken powder (Knorr Brand)
Sugar
Pepper
Sesame oil
