Fillings Ingredients
1. Milk 500ml
2. Caster sugar 200g (Too sweet for me ! i think next time try 140g should be enough)
3. Flour (sifted) 35g
4. Salt 1/4 tsp
5. Butter 1 tsp
6. One Whole egg + 5 Egg yolk (i used 4 yolks only)
The portion for filling above i think can make 30tarts. I still have 40% in the fridge (after baking 12 big tarts and 12 small tarts). I'm thinking maybe just steam later for dessert...
yum yum....this tart really looks nice. Put this in ur cooking list when u r back in KL. Teach me to cook.
