4 stalks Cai Xin (cut into pieces, easier for younger kids to chew and swallow)
Minced chicken
Cubed Mushroom
Dried Shrimp
Black fungus
Anchovies (deep-fry)
1/4 salt
1/4 sugar
pepper (a dash)
Water
Chopped garlic
1-2 tsp Olive Oil
ha.. all the ingredients except Cai Xin were the leftovers from the lunch i cooked earlier. :)
