Char Siu and Honey Spare Ribs





Very easy and yummy to go with rice :)

Ingredients

8-10 Spare Ribs
4-5 Garlic cloves

Sauce for Marinade
3 tbsp Char Siu Sauce (Lee Kum Kei)
1 -2 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp chilli sauce
1 tsp Soya sauce

1. Marinade spare ribs for at least 2 hours
2. Preheat the oven 180 degree celcius.
3. Place marinated spare ribs and garlic cloves in the oven and grill for at least 45 minutes.




Our dinner tonight, we have Belachan Kang Kung too but the picture didn't come out good, very badly taken. And also our soup, Chinese Mustard Vegetable soup (芥菜排骨湯) and Steamed Promfret fish (forgot to take the picture).

  1. my boy Lucas who is a pork lover like his mum will salivate this dish.....although a pork fan i am not, it looks pretty tempting to dip my fingers into it......
