Brother told me this story. There was a serious accident happened somewhere along the Plus Highway (towards North Malaysia) one-two weeks ago before i flew back to melbourne.
Two cars of teenagers were heading North and one of them is the brother of my cousin's girlfriend. The brother decided the tag along the first car which is leading the second car to their destination.
Somewhere along the road, the second car was out of sight. So, the friends made call and nobody pickup. They have to u-turn to look for them. And not for long, they found the car.
Very seriously damaged. Two lying on the floor covered with white cloth. One manage to survive but lost his legs and hands and one died in the ambulance car. Very sad and sorry for the kids' parents. I guess those friends in the first car sure will have phobia sitting in the car next time.
Driving on the road is indeed very dangerous as accidents can happen anytime anywhere. We really have to be extra cautious.
And again i have to remind my brother, never never to sit in a friend's car. Rather be the driver than the passenger.
