Home Cooked Meal

Last Sunday, i went to the market together with the kids and my bro. Of course i can happily do my marketing while my bro entertaining the kids. Saw this tray of fish fillets 6pcs selling @ AUD$12. It is Garfish 长嘴硬鳞鱼. A species of freshwater predatory fish with a long pointed snout (native to North America). Not sure if i have bought it before.

Fried Garfish with Salted Soy Bean

Ingredients:

Garfish
Tomatoes
Sliced Carrot
Chopped Garlic
Chopped Shallots
Shredded Ginger
Spring onions

Sauce:
Salted bean sauce
Sugar (a pinch)
Water

Stir Fry Vegetables

Celery again!! yes, Mr Boss. if you are reading this. This celery is the same bunch you bought from the market. Its a huge bunch of celery, so far i still have 1/3 in my fridge. Lucas loves eating this stir fry celery which is good. I always have no problem with Lucas as he is not as picky, unlike his brother. Sometimes i really surrender to him.

Sar Cha Curry beef

Ingredients:

Sliced beef
Red Onions
Tomatoes
Broccoli
Spring Onions
Sar char sauce (2 tsp)
Curry powder (1 tsp)
Soya sauce (1 tablespoon)
Salt (1 tsp)
Pepper (a pinch)

Got a soup that again i forgot to take picture. Simple soup again: Water chestnut with Carrot, Tomato & Onion soup. Mr Boss, of course i remember to put the 'Omega 3' inside the soup and Lachlan finished all. Thank goodness Lachlan although picky at least he doesn't mind the smell of the fishy oil in his soup.
