Stewed Pork Belly 燜花腩肉






常會在家煮的一道豬肉料理。很好送飯的哦。。 但是我家老闆總是應酬的吃一或兩塊。他是真的不大喜愛豬肉。 可是沒辦法啦誰叫他老闆娘喜歡。。連大少爺也喜歡。。哈哈

這次煮得太多汁了一點。而且cornstarch 放太重了。嘿嘿。。。 下次煮乾一點吧﹗
